A well-established Family Office headquartered near Brookhaven, GA, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a stable work environment and is looking for long-term career growth. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable (A/P) and general accounting functions while working closely with senior accounting staff.

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation..
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

• 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or family office environment.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or similar systems is a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
