Controller | VP of Finance — Johns Creek, GA (Hybrid)

We're representing a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare company with 14 centers operating and more in development. We are looking for a sharp, hands-on finance leader to come in and own the books.

This role will scale. If you can close the books and bring financial analysis and Board-level reporting to the table, there's room to grow

Location & Structure

→ Johns Creek, GA — Hybrid (2 days in office) → Reports directly to the CFO → 2 direct reports:

What You'll Own

→ Lead the full close process — timely, clean, and audit-ready → Manage the GL in QuickBooks Online across 14 locations → Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for leadership and the Board → Partner with the Revenue Cycle Manager on billing-to-GL handoffs → Support the CFO with financial modeling and Board presentations → Manage and develop a small, distributed team — with room to grow it

What We're Looking For

→ 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience → Proven ability to own and execute the full month-end close — independently → Strong GL and reconciliation fundamentals → Experience managing staff, including remote or offshore team members → QuickBooks Online or comparable GL platform proficiency → Ability to communicate financials clearly to executive and Board audiences

Preferred (not required): → Multi-site or multi-location business experience ⭐ → Healthcare, behavioral health, or service-industry background → Exposure to financial planning, modeling, or Board reporting → CPA a plus | Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
