We are the only international company that offers its repair service in a state-of-the-art, all-weather, patent-pending Mobile Reconditioning Facility (MRF). Summary: Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Headquarters
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the VP of Finance and have no direct reports at this time.
*Accounting
- Daily cash analysis
- Initiating bank wires
- Researching bank, intercompany, and accounting exceptions
- Resolving escalated subsidiary accounting issues
- Providing ad hoc training to the accounting team
- Analyzing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Managing annual audit requests
- Preparing ad hoc financial statements
- Reviewing and analyzing general ledger transactions
- Developing and enhancing internal controls
- Supporting accounting team management
- ERP, POS, and CRM administration
*Regulatory and Compliance
- Sales tax filings
- Quarterly wage reporting
- Business license renewals
- Regulatory filings
- New business formation registrations
*Payroll Processing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
- 3-5 years accounting experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific experience.
- Experience in Accounting Software: NetSuite or any enterprise ERP software experience
- Excellent with Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Pay: $65, $85,000.00 per year
