We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Recruiter I in Seattle, WA . This position will be a n 11 -month contract role with the potential to extend or convert.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs
- Attract source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across organization
- Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Manager end-to-end process administration i.e. from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement as well as hiring updates to key stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.
- 1- 3 years of Recruiting experience
- Experience with Go To Market
- Experience with sales and corporate hiring
- Experience with Boolean search tools
- Pay range for this position will be $ 33.66 - $ 38.66 . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
