We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter I I I in Seattle OR Bellevue WA . This will be a 1 2 -month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion .

Responsibilities

• Conduct passive candidate sourcing for W areho use , L ogistics, and S upply C hain roles.
• Review and manage applicant bids
• Engage directly with candidates through outreach, screening, and relationship management
• Partner with hiring managers on role intake, feedback, and candidate strategy
• Build and communicate a compelling candidate value proposition for senior-level legal talent
• Maintain consistent interaction with very senior candidates and internal stakeholders
• Participate in bi-weekly meetings with hiring managers and ongoing collaboration with business partners
• Meet or exceed defined sourcing and recruiting performance targets
• Demonstrate ownership of requisitions from sourcing through candidate delivery
• Uphold high standards of quality, professionalism, and candidate experience
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of recruiting experience
• 2 years of Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain recruiting or sourcing experience
• Strong functional sourcing expertise, including passive candidate identification and engagement
• Experience supporting corporate customers and senior-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver results and take ownership of recruiting outcomes
• High standards for candidate quality, communication, and process execution
• Demonstrated career progression and stability within a single organization
• Experience recruiting for niche or highly specialized roles
• Degree or relevant certification (preferred, not required)
  
  

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $ 54.00 to $ 59.00 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
