Job Title: IT Help Desk Support (Contract)
Location: New Hudson, MI (Onsite)
Duration: 1–3 Month Contract
We are seeking a Level 1 IT Help Desk Support professional for a short-term contract opportunity supporting a manufacturing company specializing in CNC machines and automation systems.
This role will provide day-to-day technical support for employees across North America while assisting with basic IT troubleshooting and new hire setup. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 IT support for employees onsite and remotely
- Set up laptops, computers, and equipment for new hires
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and printer issues
- Support users with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and other internal systems
- Assist employees with password resets, connectivity issues, and general technical support
- Maintain and prepare workstations for employee use
- Work closely with the onsite IT support team to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous IT Help Desk or technical support experience preferred
- Basic troubleshooting skills for computers, printers, and office technology
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and able to work onsite Monday–Friday
