Search Solution Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager on behalf of our client. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic business partner, overseeing all core human resources functions while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. This role is responsible for supporting leadership in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is an approachable leader with strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a passion for developing people while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and promote a culture of open communication, trust, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
- Oversee the full recruitment and staffing process, including workforce planning, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Lead and support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, coaching, and employee development.
- Partner with department leaders to build talent pipelines, succession plans, and leadership development initiatives.
- Align HR strategies and programs with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Drive teammate engagement through effective communication and employee recognition initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and business information.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Leadership Team to support company-wide initiatives and operational goals.
- Assist with HR reporting, workforce planning, and other strategic human resources initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Experience managing recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
