Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Team Lead to help elevate our recruiting function and drive a more data-driven, scalable approach to hiring. This individual will serve as a senior recruiting partner who can lead recruiting strategy, improve processes, coach recruiters, and ensure the organization is attracting top talent efficiently.

The ideal candidate will bring experience recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong understanding of business operations, sales-driven organizations, and metrics-based recruiting. Candidates with a background in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or organizations such as TQL are highly encouraged to apply due to the ability to understand operational hiring needs and build effective talent strategies.

This role is not focused solely on sourcing — we are looking for an enabler and strategic recruiting leader who can improve how we recruit, leverage data, optimize workflows, and partner with business leaders to achieve hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, workforce plans, and growth objectives.
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand organizational needs, improve recruiting effectiveness, and provide strategic workforce insights.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce outstanding requisitions, and improve time-to-fill.
• Develop and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to create a more scalable hiring function.
• Coach and mentor recruiters, providing guidance on sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, pipeline development, and recruiter effectiveness.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles through creative sourcing strategies and market intelligence.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure recruiting performance, improve decision-making, and communicate results to leadership.
• Drive accountability around recruiting goals, activity metrics, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders across the organization, helping them make smarter hiring decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve employer branding, candidate engagement, and overall recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of corporate talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and talent acquisition operations.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to improve hiring performance.
• Proven ability to manage recruiting workflows, prioritize competing needs, and drive results.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading other recruiters preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational goals and translate them into recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and executive stakeholders.
• Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, sales, or other operationally driven industries preferred.
