Search Solution Group is seeking an Exempt Program Manager, Talent Management on behalf of our client, a non-profit healthcare organization. This role is responsible for leading and executing strategic, cross-functional programs that support Talent & Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L). The Program Manager will own end-to-end program delivery, including strategy development, project execution, change management, and performance tracking. This position plays a critical role in driving talent, leadership development, and engagement initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and execution of strategic talent management and organizational development programs
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization
- Develop and implement program strategies aligned with Talent & Engagement objectives
- Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and departments
- Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
- Develop and track KPIs, providing visibility into program performance and outcomes
- Deliver regular reporting on program status, risks, and progress to leadership
- Drive change management initiatives to support adoption of new programs and processes
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and business stakeholders to identify and implement talent solutions
- Facilitate presentations and communicate program updates to executive audiences
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within talent development and learning programs
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
Experience:
- 5 years of progressive experience in program management within talent management, learning and development, leadership development, or organizational development
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams

Certifications:
- Certification in assessment tools such as 360s, Hogan, Birkman, DiSC, or StrengthsFinder preferred
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of talent management, learning and development, and organizational development practices
- Understanding of change management methodologies and program governance
- Familiarity with agile and human-centered design approaches
- Experience with KPI development and performance tracking
- Strategic thinking and program leadership
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
