Position Overview
The AI Leader will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s AI strategy across products, operations, customer experience, analytics, and internal systems.
This individual will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of AI solutions that drive:
- product innovation
- workflow automation

- revenue growth
The ideal candidate is both technical and business-minded — someone capable of leading AI strategy while also understanding architecture, implementation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the company-wide AI roadmap
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities across the business
- Partner with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with company goals
- Build scalable AI capabilities that support long-term growth
- Establish AI governance, security, and ethical standards
AI Product Innovation
- Lead the development of AI-powered product features and capabilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate AI into customer-facing solutions
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify competitive opportunities
- Drive experimentation, prototyping, and rapid AI deployment

AI Infrastructure & Systems

- Create AI-powered reporting, analytics, and forecasting capabilities
- Streamline customer and employee experiences through automation
Team Leadership
- Build and lead the company’s AI function
- Hire, mentor, and develop AI engineers, data scientists, and automation specialists
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
- Serve as the internal AI subject matter expert and advisor
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or related technical leadership roles
- Experience developing and deploying AI-driven products or systems
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI
- Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Experience scaling systems within a high-growth environment
Preferred Technical Experience
Experience with some or all of the following:
