Job Title: Director, Talent Management
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Talent Management to lead and drive key human resources functions for a global organization. This role is integral to shaping and implementing strategies that foster employee engagement, cultivate a high-performance culture, and develop a world-class workforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, people analytics, workforce planning, HR operations, learning and development, and employee experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and foster a strong, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Serve as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to align organizational culture with business objectives and values.
Performance Management
- Oversee the development and execution of performance management programs that align individual and team goals with organizational priorities.
- Provide tools and guidance to managers for coaching, feedback, and development planning.
- Continuously improve performance appraisal systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruiting
- Lead global talent acquisition efforts to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with current and future organizational needs.
- Manage executive recruiting efforts, building a strong pipeline of high-performing leaders.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position the company as a destination for top talent.
People Analytics & Workforce Planning
- Leverage people analytics to provide actionable insights that inform workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Forecast workforce needs based on business objectives, market trends, and talent availability.
- Establish metrics to measure the success and ROI of talent management initiatives.
Employee Experience & HR Operations
- Drive initiatives that enhance the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, and offboarding.
- Oversee HR operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure policies, procedures, and systems support a positive work environment.
Learning & Development
- Oversee the design and delivery of learning and development programs that drive employee growth, leadership development, and organizational capability.
- Champion continuous learning and create strategies for reskilling and upskilling employees in alignment with future business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong focus on talent management, employee engagement, and culture.
- Proven experience in global talent acquisition, executive recruiting, and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in people analytics and using data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of driving DEI initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Experience in managing HR operations and learning and development functions.
