Job Summary
· Reconcile accounts, credit cards, bank accounts
· Post & Maintain journal entries
· Prepare Month End and Year End Reports
· Prepare tax related information to submit to CPA
· Arrange for shipping to US and international customers
· Perform general office administration
Qualifications & Skills
· Accounting Degree
· 5-10 years of experience in bookkeeping
· Strong computer skills
· Attention to detail & organized
· Proficient written and oral English skills
Salary : $25 - $29
