Role: Travel Physical Therapist providing patient evaluations, developing and implementing care plans, and modifying treatments based on patient progress in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities: Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff, bill within facility guidelines, ensure compliance with state PT board regulations, collaborate with medical personnel and physicians, understand adaptive equipment, utilize medical systems, and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged), valid state license, BLS certification, ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and familiarity with medical documentation and equipment.
