Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary : SEACORP is currently seeking Subcontracts Administrator I. The Subcontracts Administrator I is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, negotiating, and revising subcontracts that involve the purchase of goods or services such as equipment, materials, supplies, or products primarily relating to US Navy. The Subcontract Administrator I will negotiate terms and conditions, consult with internal teams for compliance, and represent the company when dealing with external business partners. This is an entry/mid-level position.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Education: High School Diploma/GED.
Experience : Minimum 1-3 years of direct and relevant experience in cradle-grave DoD contracting.
Ideal Skills and Experience: The best candidates are those who learn quickly and apply knowledge to the task at hand, are accustomed to meeting deadlines, have a track record of producing quality results, and can seamlessly work with a wide variety of people.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.

- Conducts proposal preparation, subcontract negotiation, price analysis, and subcontract administration in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Maintains and updates subcontract documents and official program records, including contractual documents and correspondence.
- Record subcontracts transactions in Deltek Costpoint database including funding allocations and deobligations.
- Maintains historical information and supports auditing activity when required.
- Review and process invoices to ensure subcontractors are paid in accordance with terms of the agreement.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams in support of Navy contracts.
- Prepare reports on subcontract metrics.
