This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Lynnwood, WA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, consulting with clients on their risks and coverage needs, and selling insurance products. Other responsibilities include policy reviews, managing claims inquiries, and maintaining accurate client records. The agent will collaborate with insurance carriers to provide competitive pricing and solutions that best meet clients' needs.
- Strong skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Experience in Finance and the ability to analyze and explain financial aspects of insurance products
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Proven organizational and communication skills to handle multiple clients and detailed documentation
- Proficiency with insurance software and tools; basic familiarity with office software applications
- Active insurance license in one or more of the states covered (Washington, Oregon, Alaska, California, Nevada, or Arizona) or the ability to obtain licensure shortly after hiring
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
