Exciting sales opportunity in the commercial property & casualty insurance industry serving churches and ministries. In this role you will be responsible for growing new business while servicing an existing book of business among the agency’s current church and faith-based non-profit clients. Successful commercial insurance experience, ideally working for an Insurance Retail Agency or Company, is necessary to apply for this opportunity.

Job Summary:
The candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager of Lightwell - Washington and will be responsible for generating commercial insurance sales with both current and new church and non-profit clients via phone calls, personal visits and attending events.
You will be accountable for prospecting activity metrics and performance against sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
You will also help with marketing efforts by keeping abreast of and reporting on industry trends, competition, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or high school degree with equivalent business/work experience
- Five or more years’ success in insurance sales, preferably in commercial property & casualty insurance
- A current Property & Casualty insurance license is required
- Prior experience as a volunteer or employee of a church is a plus
