Circa $350,000 OTE (50/50)

Scout Global have teamed up with one of the top, fast growth OT vendors on the market to help them to expand their Federal Sales team. We are looking for a Federal Pursuit Lead to help with near- term and long range pipeline development across DoD, Fed Civ, and Intelligence Community.
The ideal candidate has deep routed connections within the Federal industry to help to identify In-Year impact and generate Long range pipeline, a well as serving as a SME in discussions with government industry and partner audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Short term impact: Idenitfy and qualify opportunities within a 12-18 month timeframe, whilst engaging program offices and FSIs to clarify funding, procurement etc, and Support RFIs and market research.
- Long term impact: Identify and build on 18 month pipeline whilst building relationships with Federal Agency leadership, and Translate mission needs to capture ready opportunities.
- Serve as my clients SME at Federal events.
- Represent their technology in government, industry and partner audiences.
- Support executive briefings.
Qualifications
- 12 years experience in a Federal Business development or capture / sales experience.
- Ability to build pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition, RFIs, and early programme development.
- Established relationships with Federal agency leadership and Federal System Integrators.
- Team player.
- Ability to represent as a credible SME.
