Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve amazing handcrafted beverages to customers
- Provide amazing customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure an amazing customer experience
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions with accuracy
- Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues
