Position Highlights
- Title: Sales Specialist
- Full Time: Direct Hire

- Customer-facing position focused on account management, business growth, pricing, and strategic product opportunities
Background Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Automotive or manufacturing sales/account management experience preferred.
- Experience working directly with OEM and/or Tier 1 automotive customers.
- Proven ability to develop and grow customer accounts.
- Experience with pricing negotiations and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs).
- Ability to develop sales forecasts and analyze new and lost business.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements and ability to communicate those needs internally.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Production, and other internal departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic customer accounts to achieve company sales objectives.
- Develop account strategies and action plans to increase business with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new product and program opportunities.
- Develop strong customer relationships and position the organization as a long-term strategic supplier.
- Negotiate pricing and Long-Term Agreements with customers.
- Develop sales forecasts covering new business, lost business, and ongoing project activity.
- Gather and communicate competitive and market intelligence.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally and communicate customer requirements to appropriate teams.
- Work cross-functionally to develop plans that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Support customer continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives through technical and commercial solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with customer Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Production Control teams.
- Monitor account performance, customer requirements, and future business opportunities.
