POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Talent Strategy Manager, Partner Recruiting plays a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s growth through the identification and attraction of high-impact legal talent. This position sits at the intersection of recruiting and strategy, partnering closely with leadership to support lateral partner hiring and market expansion initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage high-caliber partner-level legal talent through targeted research and strategic outreach
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective candidates, supporting long-term engagement and pipeline development
- Manage and track partner recruiting activity, ensuring an organized, accurate, and forward-moving pipeline
- Develop compelling candidate materials, summaries, and insights to support leadership decision-making
- Coordinate key stages of the recruiting lifecycle, delivering a thoughtful and high-touch candidate experience
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support recruiting strategy, market insights, and process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in partner-level or executive recruiting within a law firm or professional services environment
- Understanding of legal market dynamics and lateral hiring strategies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior professionals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Analytical and strategic mindset with an interest in market trends and growth initiatives
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers a salary range of $110,000 – $120,000 annually, with flexibility based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
