Senior Recruiting Manager Opportunity Description
Our client is a growing, multi-site provider of Healthcare services. They are looking to add a Senior Recruiting Manager to improve their recruiting and talent acquisition operations. This position is preferably based in the Washington, DC / Maryland area. Multi-site recruitment leadership experience in the healthcare industry is required. We are looking for a hands-on, tech savvy, data driven individual who can improve processes and increase hiring volume. This is an in-office role.
Senior Recruiting Manager Requirements
- Multi-site, high-volume recruiting leadership experience.
- Healthcare. Preferred industries would be Home Health, Home Care, Behavioral Health, Applied Behavioral Analysis / ABA, Mental Health or similar segments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Track record of team development and process improvement.
Senior Recruiting Manager Responsibilities
- Day-to-day oversight of talent acquisition operations and recruitment team.
- Develop and implement strategies for attracting candidates and increasing the candidate pipeline.
- Monitor KPI’s to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage recruitment tools and vendors ensuring maximum performance and ROI.
- Work collaboratively with HR.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
