Chief Growth Officer Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Post Acute Health Care organization. They are looking for a Chief Growth Officer to lead all sales and marketing functions for their Home Health, Hospice, and Residential facilities. This person can be based remotely within the northern part of the Central time zone - heavy travel expected. Multi-state sales and marketing leadership experience over a directly reporting management team is a must. Home Health or Hospice experience is strongly preferred. Chief Growth Officer Job Requirements
- Multi-state sales and marketing leadership experience with an organization of $150M .
- Home Health, Hospice, or Post Acute residential facility / Senior Living experience.
- Oversight of directly reporting leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
Chief Growth Officer Job Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership and development of organization’s sales and marketing functions.
- Standardize and enhance all sales/patient referral & intake processes.
- Develop and monitor KPI’s to improve departmental functions.
- Work collaboratively with other Executives to develop growth strategy.
Salary : $190,000 - $225,000
