Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree Required, Field of Study: Accounting, Finance or related field
- Master’s Degree Preferred, Field of Study: Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience
- 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting preferred
- 3-5 years in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or Controller), highly preferred
- Healthcare finance experience required; Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare experience strongly preferred
Computer Skills
- Computer proficiency is a must to include Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Certifications & Licenses
- Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) preferred
- CPA preferred
