Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Portfolio Associate (Program / Operations Support) for a nationally recognized philanthropic organization advancing education and youth opportunity initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Greenwich, Connecticut, with approximately three days per week onsite.
Position Overview
The Portfolio Associate will play a key role supporting a growing portfolio of initiatives focused on expanding opportunity for young people navigating critical education and career transitions. This role works closely with program leadership and community partners to coordinate programs, support grantmaking processes, and strengthen operational workflows across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to programs that help young people build strong pathways to adulthood.

- Experience supporting programs, operations, partnerships, or grants within nonprofit, philanthropy, education, or youth-serving organizations
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and technology platforms for program tracking
- Ability to travel to partner sites across the state occasionally.
