Responsibilities
- Manage internal document review teams and coordinate discovery-related workflows
- Draft document review protocols and provide attorney training and supervision
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in motion and complaint writing
- Prepare attorneys for meet-and-confer conferences and expert witness designations
- Attend and assist in depositions and fact investigations
- Draft deposition summaries and assist with client communications and document productions
- Collaborate with paralegal and executive assistant teams to ensure calendar alignment and workflow efficiency
- Organize, edit, and prepare trial and deposition exhibits
- Coordinate trial logistics and litigation support activities
- Maintain document databases and manage electronic discovery retrieval
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California State bar membership in good standing
- Familiarity with state and federal court rules, procedures, and electronic filing systems (ECF)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
