Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading healthcare technology organization. This is an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced product marketing professional to support strategic product commercialization efforts, drive go-to-market initiatives, and strengthen collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. This hybrid position is based in Seattle, Washington and is anticipated to run approximately seven months.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that support the successful commercialization of the organization's products and services. This role will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to create sales enablement materials, establish product marketing processes, and ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success functions. The ideal candidate brings strong product marketing expertise, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across product offerings
- Create sales enablement resources, including presentations, collateral, FAQs, and supporting materials
- Partner with Product Managers and Marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Establish and improve product marketing processes, workflows, and best practices
- Manage project plans, timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Market Insights teams to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and commercialization opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience required
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies, product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement content required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously required
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills required
- Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor preferred
- Healthcare, payer, provider, or healthcare technology experience preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Compensation is anticipated at approximately $75.00-$81.00 per hour, depending on experience. This contract assignment is expected to begin in July 2026 and continue through approximately March 2027.
