- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize competing demands, coordinate meetings, and protect leadership time across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate high-level client and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up on strategic action items
- Draft, edit, and refine executive communications, reports, presentations, and other leadership-facing materials
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, expense reporting, and logistical support for executive leadership
- Track strategic initiatives, special projects, timelines, and deliverables while preparing concise updates and decision-support materials
- Serve as a trusted liaison to attorneys, executives, clients, and administrative teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- 10 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support within a professional services or legal environment
- Understanding of law firm structures, partner dynamics, client service standards, and the complexities of a global practice
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare polished executive communications and presentations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual collaboration tools, and document management systems
- Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to handle highly confidential information
