The Senior Executive Operations Assistant to Founder serves as a trusted right hand to organizational leadership, providing high-level executive and operational support in a dynamic, time-sensitive setting. This role manages complex scheduling, travel, communications, and rapid-response problem-solving while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, proactive, and thrives in environments that require flexibility, urgency, and independent execution.

- Act as a proactive problem-solver, anticipating needs and executing without hand-holding
- Demonstrated experience supporting a Founder or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of follow-through and accountability
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to work full-time onsite with flexibility for extended hours and travel as needed
- Strong technical proficiency with modern productivity tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly
