What you'll be doing:
- Lead the implementation and day-to-day operation of the program in alignment with the agency’s treatment philosophy, professional standards, and best practices.
- Plan, organize, and evaluate program operations, ensuring continuous quality improvement, outcome focus, and compliance with agency policies, contracts, and licensing requirements.
- Oversee client services including evaluations, admissions, transition planning, discharge planning, crisis management, and participation in case management and utilization review processes.
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to assigned staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, training compliance, and corrective or disciplinary actions in collaboration with Clinical Leadership and Human Resources.
- Support staff development by identifying skill gaps, facilitating training opportunities, and implementing individualized development plans.
- Manage administrative and fiscal responsibilities, including timesheet approval, personnel documentation, recordkeeping systems, cost controls, budget monitoring, and corrective action planning for financial variances.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and program leadership to develop and implement program goals, agency-wide policies, and quality management initiatives.
- Facilitate team meetings, support intakes and case management as needed, attend required external meetings and trainings, and prepare reports for funders.
- A Master's degree is required
- Must possess a valid California Driver’s License.
- Knowledge of standard and acceptable clinical principles and best practice including the provision of mental health and child protection services, treatment, and the multi-disciplinary approach to treatment.
- Possession of a valid California LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychology License is preferred.
- 1 years’ experience in a clinical and/or residential setting working with children is preferred.
