Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume requisition load (approximately 40–50 open roles at a time)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, prioritize roles, and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of tools and techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, events)
- Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for all parties
- Support and participate in interviews, maintaining compliance and consistency throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and extend offers, including communicating compensation, benefits, and next steps
- Create and manage job postings across internal and external platforms to ensure strong candidate visibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Track candidate activity and ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and applicable employment laws
- Gather and share feedback from both candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the recruiting process
- Represent the organization’s culture and values throughout the candidate experience
- Attend recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build talent pipelines
- 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through offer
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience identifying passive candidates
- Knowledge of general employment practices and compliance considerations
