Customer Service Representative

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, an innovative healthcare organization. This is a fully onsite opportunity based in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to healthcare professionals, laboratories, research institutions, and clinical partners throughout the United States and Canada. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, account setup, and service support while collaborating closely with internal laboratory and operations teams. It is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inbound phone calls and email inquiries while providing accurate information on laboratory services and testing programs
• Process new customer accounts, maintain accurate documentation, and enter information into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
• Collaborate with laboratory, operations, accounting, IT, and leadership teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution
• Professionally resolve customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate inquiries when appropriate
• Participate in team meetings, process improvement initiatives, and special projects while supporting daily administrative functions
• Maintain high service standards through effective communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in customer service within a healthcare, laboratory, medical, or related professional environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, Windows-based systems, and data entry
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Must reside in the Minneapolis area and be able to work onsite
