Position Overview
This strategic fundraising and donor engagement role will focus on cultivating major, planned, and complex gifts while expanding relationships with professional advisors, donors, and community stakeholders. The Director of Gift Planning will guide philanthropic planning conversations, support the establishment of charitable funds, and lead outreach initiatives that strengthen long-term giving strategies and community investment. This position will also serve as an internal resource on charitable giving, estate planning, and donor stewardship best practices.

- Support legacy giving and donor stewardship programs while collaborating cross-functionally on development initiatives
- Experience in planned giving, fundraising, philanthropy, wealth planning, estate planning, or related advisory work
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals and professional advisors
- Knowledge of charitable giving vehicles, donor stewardship practices, and philanthropic planning strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Experience utilizing CRM or donor management systems in a collaborative, service-oriented environment
