- Prepare, review, and organize corporate documents and records
- Assist with entity management and maintenance of corporate filings

- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support deal execution
- Maintain organized files and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 5 years experience supporting corporate legal matters, including governance and transactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
