This opportunity is best suited for attorneys currently handling public company or broad corporate transactional work who are looking for greater visibility into deals, earlier responsibility, and a clearer path toward long-term advancement. The practice represents public and private companies across a range of industries on securities matters, strategic transactions, corporate governance, and ongoing advisory work.
Associates joining this team typically come from larger firm environments and are attracted by the ability to remain engaged in high-level work while gaining more direct partner access, client interaction, and ownership of matters.
