- Corporate trust and trustee representations
- Structured finance matters
- Debt offerings and related financing structures
- Transaction execution and documentation
In this role, you will:
- Draft and review transaction documentation and ancillary agreements
- Support complex financing and structured transactions from inception through closing
- Coordinate with clients, trustees, and transaction parties
- Work closely with experienced finance partners in lean deal teams
- Develop deep technical knowledge within a nationally respected corporate finance platform
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant capital markets or finance experience
- Exposure to structured finance or corporate trust matters preferred
- Strong academic credentials and drafting skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
