POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for full-cycle management of client legal matters, ensuring high-quality counsel and a seamless client experience. Reporting to Senior Counsel and/or the Partner, this role will serve as a key leader in both legal strategy and client service, while providing mentorship and supervision to supporting legal staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment and is seeking to deepen their impact within a values-driven firm. - Oversee assigned client cases with a focus on strategy, research, execution, and communication
- Deliver high-quality legal advice across one or more specialty practice areas (e.g., trust administration, litigation, corporate law, tax, real estate, estate planning, etc.)
- Supervise and mentor legal support staff, including Paralegals and Legal Assistants
- Draft, review, and manage all case-related legal documentation and filings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities
- Uphold ethical legal standards and represent the firm’s core values
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in the California State Bar
- Demonstrated experience managing complex legal matters within a defined practice area
- Proven leadership in supervising and mentoring junior legal professionals
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to thrive in high-pressure situations

Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
