Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on trust administration matters to clients and colleagues.
- Draft and review trust documents, agreements, and related legal instruments.
- Manage complex trust administration cases, including the resolution of disputes and issues arising from trust management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws governing trust administration.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in trust law and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust management practices.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
- Proven experience in trust administration and related legal matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $208,000
