Project Manager - Architecture | Healthcare

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a focus on healthcare architecture to lead our projects from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare design, knowledge of relevant regulations, and a passion for creating innovative healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects in the healthcare sector, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with HCAI and OSHPD regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Revit software for project documentation and design visualization.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture and healthcare sectors.
• Proven knowledge of HCAI and OSHPD standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
• Licensure as an Architect (AIA, NCARB) and LEED AP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
