- Own batch documentation, deviations, CAPAs, and SOPs
- Partner with CMC on tech transfers
- Train junior staff and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Keep the cleanroom running like a well-orchestrated machine
- 2–4 years upstream experience with a science degree OR 4–8 years hands-on GMP experience
- Upstream equipment proficiency (bioreactors, harvest filtration, sensors)
- Precise, collaborative, and quality-driven
Salary : $35 - $40
