What You’ll Do

• Operate and troubleshoot upstream systems from scale-up through harvest
• Prep media, feeds, solutions, buffers
• Own batch documentation, deviations, CAPAs, and SOPs
• Partner with CMC on tech transfers
• Train junior staff and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Keep the cleanroom running like a well-orchestrated machine
  
  

About You

• 2–4 years upstream experience with a science degree OR 4–8 years hands-on GMP experience
• Upstream equipment proficiency (bioreactors, harvest filtration, sensors)
• Precise, collaborative, and quality-driven
