What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and operate upstream equipment (bioreactors, harvest filtration, centrifugation, autoclaves)
• Record everything with precision — batch records, logbooks, SOPs, training documentation
• Prepare media, buffers, and solutions
• Perform sampling and basic analytical testing (cell counts, pH, conductivity)
• Maintain cleanroom compliance and support cross-functional operations
• Participate in deviations, CAPAs, and process improvements
  
  

About You

• 2–4 years of upstream experience science coursework OR 4–8 years of hands-on experience
• Solid understanding of bioreactor operations and upstream sensors
• Strong communicator, team-focused, and detail-obsessed
• Comfortable working in a GMP cleanroom environment
