The Manufacturing Associate will contribute to efficient production within an assembly line, custom fabrication, and batch production environment. This role is primarily day shift and involves minimal interaction with other departments, focusing on assembly, quality control, equipment operation, and material handling to ensure a smooth manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks following standard procedures
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Package finished products appropriately
- Handle materials and inventory accurately
- Monitor processes to ensure compliance with production goals
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of manufacturing activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years experience in manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance
- Experience with machine operation and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
