What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute downstream processing (chromatography, filtration, solution prep)
• Troubleshoot equipment and support fermentation/purification operations
• Maintain meticulous batch records and GMP documentation
• Prepare media, buffers, and analytical samples
• Train others and collaborate across CMC, Quality, and Facilities
• Drive process improvements and support clean, safe manufacturing spaces
  
  

About You

• 2–4 years manufacturing experience with science education or 4–8 years hands-on downstream experience
• Strong working knowledge of chromatography equipment, filtration skids, and analytical tools
• Outstanding documentation, teamwork, and communication skills
• Comfortable operating large equipment and working in dynamic, wet, noisy, or temperature-variable environments
