- Support attorneys with high-level legal document prep—pleadings, briefs, filings, and correspondence
- File documents in state, federal, and appellate courts (in-person and e-filing)
- Manage litigation calendars and key court deadlines
- Verify legal citations and formatting to court standards
- Handle time entry, billing support, and professional client communications
- Keep digital files organized and compliant with firm procedures
- 5 years’ experience in a legal assistant role, ideally with litigation focus
- Strong document editing and formatting skills (Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Top-notch organization, time management, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Alaska court systems and e-filing processes
