For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.  

 

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Digital, the digital arm of Schneider Electric, operates six global hubs to provide 24/7 digital support. They are hiring a Workforce Management Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Time and Absence systems. The role involves leading a global transformation initiative, focusing on the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of these systems. The ideal candidate will help align digital solutions with business goals and enhance employee experience, while promoting efficiency and innovation in software development practices.

 

We focus on:

  • Technical platform ownership of Time & Absence solutions.
  • Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
  • Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Understand business requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions
  • Work closely with product owner, technical platform owner and architects to align on roadmaps and solutions
  • Implement, update and deploy new integrations or updating existing integrations
  • Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions
  • Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features
  • Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi
  • Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations
  • Expertise with one or more modules of UKG Pro WFM - Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advance Scheduling
  • Ability to setup or modify configurations
  • Experience with JSON, HTML, Java script, Groovy and SQL
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage ambiguity
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
  • Fluency in English

 Preferred:

  • Broad set of experiences with HR, Timekeeping and Payroll applications
  • UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification is highly preferred
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Implementation experience with UKG Pro WFM
  • Exhibit high levels of energy, agility and adaptability
  • Ability to work on global teams with cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
