What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking
- Sell service contracts, repairs, and maintenance to new and existing clients
- Manage your pipeline from first contact through close using CRM tools
- Collaborate with estimators and operations to deliver tailored solutions
- Build long-term relationships and grow revenue within your territory
- 3 years of proven B2B sales experience (commercial/industrial a plus)
- Strong grasp of the sales process, CRM usage, and pipeline management
- Comfortable working in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Confident communicator with strong follow-through and accountability
- Motivated by performance, ownership, and uncapped earning potential
