Entry level Project Manager / Estimator

We are seeking an Entry Level Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in Grain Valley, Missouri. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to build a long-term career in commercial and industrial construction and roofing.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Prepare material takeoffs, track job costs, and support installation scheduling
• Assist with shop drawings and related documentation
• Use AutoCAD to support drawings, details, and project documentation
• Perform job site surveys and collect accurate field data
• Evaluate project leads and support pre-construction planning
• Estimate new construction projects and re-roofs
• Support contract management and distribution of project documents
• Determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists
• Help develop service/repair strategies, address resistance, and write/present proposals
• Support closing work through clear scope, pricing, and customer communication
• Prepare project closeout documents after completion
• Help ensure safety and quality standards are met by installation crews
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and office/field teams

• Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
• Comfortable addressing conflicts/issues directly and respectfully
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry tools/technology)
