Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery to close, consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly ARR quotas
- Conduct highly technical, value-focused product demonstrations tailored to senior engineering, IT, and operations leaders
- Partner with Solutions Engineers and Product teams to scope custom integrations, API requirements, and pilot projects for enterprise prospects
- Navigate complex procurement, security reviews, legal evaluations, and contract negotiations with enterprise legal departments
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of outbound opportunities, collaborating closely with Sales Development and Marketing teams
- Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce, tracking all customer interactions, pipeline progression, and forecasting data accurately
- 3β6 years of experience in direct software sales, preferably in a technical SaaS, infrastructure, or developer tools environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a personal sales quota of $800k ARR
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to confidently discuss APIs, cloud architecture, and data security standards
- Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience selling to VP and C-level executives
- Bonus: Experience selling to technical personas (Engineers, DevOps, Product managers) or working in a high-growth VC-backed startup environment
