Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
- Act as a true brand ambassador and top seller on the floor, delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Build, develop, and maintain a loyal and high-value clientele through personalized service and proactive outreach.
- Drive sales through strong clienteling, appointments, events, and relationship-building.
- Identify opportunities to generate traffic and convert new clients despite limited walk-in traffic.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven store culture.
- Train and develop team members in selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge.
- Set clear goals and maintain high accountability across the team.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by proactively identifying ways to increase visibility, traffic, and sales.
- Partner with the General Director on strategies to grow the business locally.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze store performance, and implement action plans to improve results.
- Ensure the boutique operates to the highest standards in visual presentation, service, and operations.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and operational processes efficiently.
- Maintain brand image and ensure the store reflects the aesthetic and values of the brand.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader in contemporary or luxury fashion.
- A true seller with an established loyal clientele.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong growth mentality.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable building business even when traffic is still developing.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
