Job Title: Product Development Coordinator
Manage the development, integrity, execution, costing & sourcing of Company’s product line. Create innovative, fun & unique product applicable to our main age demographic/market and beyond in accordance with our calendar. Think outside the box to help generate new designs, business & opportunity. Collaborate with other team members to develop cohesive product designs. Responsible for sourcing of new development of Company’s collections, components & products. Serve as direct link between creative (NYC) & sourcing/merchandising (China).

- Develop best-selling, innovative products lines based on need, customer demand, market research and white space opportunities.
- Source new components and products through new and existing makers, via online research, in-store retail, trade shows, individual inspiration and other
- Trend forecast management – Studying and converting current in-store retail, overseas markets, online research and customer feedback
- Manage development database, maintaining tracking process between NYO and CHO. This includes all new development; costing & China Team pass off (Including full cost & new components)
- Support the ecomm marketing team with graphic direction
Experience:
- 2-4 years related consumer product design and development
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; Powerpoint and Excel
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
