A global fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking a Senior Men’s RTW Designer (open to Manager/Director level depending on experience) to lead creative development across one of three emerging style buckets:
- Street Fashion
- Street Classic
- Street Formal
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Men's Ready-to-Wear collections within your assigned style bucket (Street Fashion, Street Classic, or Street Formal).
- Work across both Knits and Wovens to build cohesive and trend-right assortments.
- Research global markets, cultural trends, and competitor landscapes to deliver fresh, relevant designs that resonate with the brands customer.
- Create seasonal mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and presentation materials to effectively communicate design vision.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production to ensure product execution aligns with creative direction, quality standards, and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership to define strategy and drive innovation in the Men’s division.
- Serve as a creative leader and trend authority, helping to inspire and mentor junior design talent as the team expands.
- Proven RTW design experience with expertise in both Knits and/or Wovens.
- Strong understanding of streetwear, contemporary fashion, and cultural influences across multiple categories.
- Ability to build a collection from concept to execution with strong technical knowledge of construction and fit.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and CAD.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across functions and leadership levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ambition to build and grow a new business unit.
- Leadership experience preferred (for Manager/Director consideration).
